To enter, participants take and post content of the Brightland Homes model home on social media as many times as they want and tag Brightland Homes by using the hashtag “#BrightlandHomesParkAtEldridge” during the event period. By entering the Contest, participants grant Brightland Homes the right to use the submitted photos for promotional purposes. Three winners will be selected based on the best content posted, as determined by Brightland Homes. See Sales Counselor for prize details. The Contest is not affiliated with or sponsored by any social media platform. Participants must have a public social media account to enter. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of Brightland Homes, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest. Brightland Homes reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the Contest, as determined by Brightland Homes in its sole discretion. The winners will be notified via direct message on the social media platform used for entry. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless Brightland Homes and its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, and agents from any and all liability arising from or in connection with the Contest or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
