To enter, participants must take a photo during the event and tag Brightland Homes on Social Media by using “#BrightlandHomes”. By entering the Contest, participants grant Brightland Homes the right to use the
submitted photos for promotional purposes. The winners will be selected based on the best photos taken, as determined by Brightland Homes, and will receive gift card prizes. The winners will be announced Thursday,
February 29, 2024 at 3:00 pm CST. The Contest is not affiliated with or sponsored by any social media platform. Participants must have a public social media account to enter. The Contest is subject to all applicable
federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of Brightland Homes, which are final and binding in all
matters relating to the Contest. Brightland Homes reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the Contest, as determined by Brightland Homes
in its sole discretion. The winners will be notified via direct message on the social media platform used for entry. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. By accepting a prize, the winners agree
to release and hold harmless Brightland Homes and its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, and agents from any and all liability arising from or in connection with the Contest or the acceptance, possession, use, or
misuse of any prize. Any personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the administration of the Contest and in accordance with Brightland Homes’ privacy policy. For a list of winners or a copy of
these official rules, send a written request to austin.info@brightlandhomes.com within 7 days after the end of the Contest period. A maximum of one gift card per agent. To qualify for Broker compensation, Broker/Agent
